2011/04/01: We’re Baaaack! …in the blogging saddle

We’re Baaaack! And this will be where we post our extended comments. As always, we will provide engaging perspectives from others along with our pointed, humorous and/or sardonic commentary.

After a lengthy hiatus it dawned on us the best use for our weblog was to post those interesting additional comments that we had previous been adding to our various TrendView Update reports. While relevant perspectives from third-party sources enriched our analyses, there were some dilemmas with including them in our reports. Two of the most prominent were the digression from the main market perspective, and the sheer extended length that dictated when added to the primary analysis.

In an already rapidly changing market environment (which has only accelerated over the past several years), adding those perspectives in a way that was relevant to the current trend analysis was not always possible. Some really interesting and useful insights and opinion from other sources were never shared if they were not directly related to our primary analytic perspectives of the moment. And even in those cases where this was possible, it all admittedly became just a bit too lengthy when appended to our already extensive macro-trend combined fundamental and technical analysis.

This is in addition to the fact that our evolutionary view means that not all of our subscribers feel it necessary to review the incremental changes in our trend analysis every day. As such, some of you were not even aware that an extended overview of the fundamental background including third-party insights was even available.

So from now on we’re going to post those timely to this blog, and send alerts on new postings; or you can just ‘Subscribe’ to the RSS feed through the  link at the top of the page. That way you won’t miss any of the posts that we are going to do our best to keep compelling and engaging as always.

Thanks for your interest.
